We know that you cannot wait to get your hands on the goodies you purchase on Marso Living. We are just as excited as you are. That is why we try our best to pack and ship your orders as soon as possible. After purchasing your products, we will immediately start the shipping process.
Marso Living is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged shipments. All shipments are sent with a delivery confirmation from our logistic factory. All product prices includes handling and the costs of shipping.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are happy to accept returns within 30 days. Returns will be refunded in the original method of payment. You must postmark your items for return within 30 days of delivery receipt to be eligible for a refund.
Please note we do not accept returns on final sale items and Gift Cards.
Just keep in mind, in order for us to be able to accept your return it must meet the below requirements:
- The item is unused and in original condition with all the tags still attached
- The item has absolutely no marks or stains
- The item is returned to us within 30 days from the date of receiving
- The item must be returned in its original condition ie. that the poly bag has not been opened, the sticker is intact and not broken, the bedding has not been used, cleaned or otherwise changed
Please note all return shipping costs need to be covered by the customer except in cases where the item is confirmed to be faulty by our team.

We treat every order with absolute care and pack them with precision and love to make sure they are in a good condition. However, in the unlikely case of an item being delivered faulty, we will happily provide you with a full refund provided:
- You notify us within 7 days from the date of receiving, providing a short description of the fault in your items along with pictures as proof via email to firstname.lastname@example.org
- Your claim of the faults have been reviewed and approved by our team
Please note: Once your refund has been approved by our team and a notification sent to you, it may take up to 5-7 business days for the funds to appear in your account, so please be patient. If your refund has taken longer than this, please contact us so we can investigate the cause of the delay.
In the case that an item is faulty, we will be able to cover the return shipping cost. Simply email a photo of postage receipt to our staff for a reimbursement.
