Returns and Exchanges
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are happy to accept returns within 30 days. Returns will be refunded in the original method of payment. You must postmark your items for return within 30 days of delivery receipt to be eligible for a refund.
Please note we do not accept returns on final sale items and Gift Cards.
Just keep in mind, in order for us to be able to accept your return it must meet the below requirements:
The item is unused and in original condition with all the tags still attached. The item has absolutely no marks or stains. The item is returned to us within 30 days from the date of receiving. The item must be returned in its original condition ie. that the poly bag has not been opened, the sticker is intact and not broken, the bedding has not been used, cleaned or otherwise changed
Please note all return shipping costs need to be covered by the customer except in cases where the item is confirmed to be faulty by our team.

Only our down and down alternative items are covered by warranty. All our pillows come with a 5-year warranty. Down duvets come with a 5-year warranty and our down alternative duvets come with a 2-year warranty. Marso Living grants you a warranty against any manufacturing defects on our textile assortment.
The warranty does not cover defects due to defective care (visit our Care Page for further information), subsequent alteration, use of force non-compliance with care and washing instructions, exposure to heat or moisture and soiling.

Our Marso Living down bedding and down alternative pillows are manufactured in a family-owned factory in Switzerland where premium bedding production has thrived since 1973. Our down alternative duvets are manufactured in China, where our local agent oversees the production and making sure our Swiss production values and standards are applied during the whole production chain.
Because we are a Swiss company, we offer all the common Swiss-sizes. Pillows: 50x70 and 65x100 cm, Duvets: 160x210 and 200x210 cm.
All over Europe it is very common to differ in warmth grades for the duvets. The scale moves from 1 (light) to 5 (very warm), whereas 3 is medium.
To cover all needs Marso Living has decided to produce a lightweight (1-2) and all season duvet insert (3-4). We think that modern homes with the possibility of heating do not require the warmth grade 5 anymore.
Therefore, someone who is warm at night or lives in a warmer climate may choose the Marso Living Lightweight duvet. Someone who lives in a colder climate region, who likes to feel warm while sleeping or for someone who doesn’t have any specific needs, we recommend the Marso Living All Season duvet.
It is very common that pillows are being divided into different degrees of density: Soft, medium and firm. See more under products and descriptions. Various pillow producers state, that the density grade should match your type of sleeping. Divided into side and back sleepers (firm), side, stomach and back sleepers (medium) and stomach sleepers (soft). At Marso Living we believe the pillow you choose should just be the one you prefer the most regardless of the way you sleep (if you even know?).
To give you an example, our two founders have different taste where Sofia loves the fluffy Marso Living Soft Pillow although she is sleeping on the side, while Marc instead prefers the little denser one, Marso Living Medium Pillow although he mostly sleeps on his stomach, like a starfish in his bed.

Each order differs depending on the complexity of your needs and wishes. Tailormade order requires a lead-time of 12-14 weeks. A larger order of our basic hospitality collection requires a lead-time of 8-12 weeks. Smaller order may be processed with less, or no lead-time depending on inventory.
