Finally summer and sun! But as wonderful as the holidays are, they can also be a pretty stressful time of year. What should be relaxing and contemplative family time is often marred by the worry of getting things done and making sure everyone is having a good time, including yourself.

To enjoy your summer break and relieve stress, try practicing yoga at your favorite spots once a day. That could mean doing yoga in the nearest park, beach, or backyard, or maybe even out on the water. Again, it doesn't require much practice, it's just a matter of bringing yoga and your favorite places together to amplify the benefits that a yoga session brings.
