SHIPPING TERMS
Of course, you can't wait to get your hands on your new Marso Living products. And we're just as excited about it as they are. That's why we do our best to pack and ship your order as quickly as possible. After you have paid for your items at the checkout, we start processing the shipping directly.
Marso Living accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. All deliveries are confirmed by our logistics department. All item prices include processing and shipping costs.
RETURN POLICY
If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item in your order, you can return the item within 30 days. Returns are processed through the payment method used for your order. To receive a refund you must return the item within 30 days of the date stated on the delivery note . Please note that we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
In order for us to accept your return, the following criteria must be met:
- Goods must be unused and with all original tags attached.
- The goods must not show any stains or imprints.
- Goods must be returned to us within 30 days of receipt.
- Merchandise must be in its original condition, ie the plastic sleeve must not be opened, the label must be intact and not torn, the bedding must not have been used, washed or otherwise treated.
Please note that all return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is confirmed by our team to be faulty.

REFUND
We treat every order with the utmost care and pack them with care and love to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that an item is delivered faulty, we will be happy to give you a full refund provided that:
- You contact us within 7 days of receiving the item and send us a brief description of the defect, including photographic evidence. Send this description to info@marsoliving.com
- Your description of the defect has been reviewed and confirmed by our team.
Please note: once your claim has been approved by our team and you have received a confirmation message, it can take between 5-7 days for the refund to post to your account -- so be patient. If a refund is taking longer than 5-7 days, please contact us so we can rectify the delay immediately.
In the event of a faulty item, we will cover the return costs. Simply send a photo of the postage receipt to our team and we will process the refund.
