Shipping and Returns

Free shipping within Switzerland

We ship with Swiss Post throughout Switzerland. Shipping is free for you.

Orders are sent every Tuesday and Friday morning. As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number. You can use it to follow your delivery at any time on the Swiss Post website or in the Swiss Post app.

Delivery times

After shipping, Swiss Post delivery usually takes 3–5 working days.

Duvets and pillows

Our duvets and pillows are made in Switzerland after you order. Depending on the day you order, production takes 2–4 working days. Your order is then shipped.

The total delivery time is therefore made up of the production time of 2–4 working days and the subsequent delivery time of 3–5 working days.

Has your parcel been marked as delivered?

Please first check your letterbox and ask your neighbours. If you still cannot find your parcel, write to us at info@marsoliving.com – we will be happy to help.

30-day returns

Sometimes something just isn’t right. You can return your order to us free of charge within 30 days of receipt. We cover the return shipping costs.

For us to accept your return, the item must:

be unused
be unwashed
have all original labels attached
be in its original packaging

How returns work

Write to us
Send an email to info@marsoliving.com with your name, your order number and the reason for the return.
Receive your free return label
We will send you the return label by email.
Drop off your parcel at the post office
Attach the label to the parcel and hand it in at Swiss Post.
Receive your refund
Once your return has arrived and been checked, the refund is made within 5–7 working days.
