Contact info@marsoliving.com within 30 minutes of processing your order to cancel. Cancellations are not guaranteed and can only be made during our business hours Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm CEST. If you are unable to complete a cancellation in time, you can initiate a return once you have received your order.

Do you wrap gifts?

All orders are dispatched in a stylish, sustainable mailer or in a box for larger items. For us, all of our products are gifts––regardless of whether they are for yourself or for your loved ones.

Which of your products are covered by a warranty?

Only our down and down alternative products are covered by the guarantee. All our pillows come with a 5 year guarantee. Down duvets also come with a 5 year guarantee and our down alternative duvets come with a 2 year guarantee. Marso Living guarantees you against any manufacturing defect on our textile range. The guarantee does not apply to defects that can be traced back to poor care (further information can be found on our care page), subsequent changes, the effects of violence, failure to follow the care and washing instructions, exposure to heat or moisture, and dirt.

We do not offer any warranty on other items. If you believe your product has a manufacturer defect when you receive it, please contact our team immediately. info@marsoliving.com

Where are your pillows and duvets made?

Our Marso Living pillows and duvets are made in our family business in Switzerland, where the production of premium bedding has thrived since 1973.

What is the difference between "medium warm" and "light" duvet?

Throughout Europe it is common to use different degrees of warmth in duvets. The scale here moves from 1 (slightly) to 5 (very warm), with 3 meaning moderate warmth.

In order to cover all our customers' needs, we have decided to produce a light "summer" duvet (1.5) and a medium-warm "4-season" duvet (3.5). We are convinced that thermal class 5 is no longer required in houses and apartments with modern heating systems.

What does the hardness of the pillows mean?

Pillows are often divided into different degrees of firmness: soft, medium and hard pillows. Various manufacturers state that the degree of hardness should correspond to your sleep type. Divided into side and back sleepers (firm), stomach and back sleepers (medium) and stomach sleepers (soft). At Marso Living we believe that whatever your sleeping position (if you even know it?), you should choose the pillow that suits you best.

To give you an example our two founders have different tastes with Sofia loving the soft pillow despite sleeping on her side. Marc uses the middle pillow instead, although he mostly sleeps on his stomach.

What sizes do you offer?

Since we are a Swiss company, we offer all common Swiss sizes. Pillows: 50x70, 65x65 cm and 65x100 cm, duvets: 160x210 cm and 200x210 cm. Our fitted sheets fit normal height mattresses up to 40 cm.

At Marso Living, we are committed to caring for our planet and all of its inhabitants––nature, people and animals. ​All our products are Oeko-Tex certified, meaning they are non-toxic and safe for you and our planet. Our down and feathers are ethically sourced and certified by Downpass , a seal of quality that guarantees animal welfare and welfare.
